Candice and Christopher are hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. I can't imagine having gone through that experience without them. They are the definition of what it means to go above and beyond. We booked them for our wedding on San Juan Island in July 2022. There are thousands of things we could list here on why we'd choose Candice & Christopher over and over again, but here are just a few that scratch the surface.
Going above & beyond for us: Our venue was a new location for Candice and Christopher. It was also huge, complicated, and it was on an island. They happily booked a trip up to the island months before our wedding date to visit the venue and learn the in's and out's before the big day. They also had to get certified to drive the golf carts at the venue. Yet again, they happily signed up for and took a golf cart training for us. These are just two examples of so many where Candice & Christopher far surpassed our expectations and found opportunities to make the extra effort to ensure our day was perfect.
Advocating for us: They joined all our phone calls with vendors in the months before the wedding. When one of our vendors changed their tune on a previous agreement, Candice & Christopher spoke up to advocate for us in a way that was super collaborative with everyone involved and secured what we needed from that vendor. When grey area arose, they jumped in to create clarity and made sure all the details were sorted.
Supporting us: My first steps to the aisle were down 2 small steps. As I started to walk my dress got caught under my shoes and I would've ate it if Christopher hadn't somehow appeared next to me to stealthily help me catch my balance. From miraculous physical support like this to being our all-around cheerleaders through the process, we felt incredibly supported throughout.
The two of them teamed up to cover all the details of our massive (and rather particular) venue. I couldn't imagine a better team behind us to tackle that with what looked like ease and joy. I think that's something that sets them apart, the genuine joy they seem to get by creating a magical experience for an occasion they have so much love for. I have a memory of Candice smiling and grooving to the beat at the end of the night while helping wipe down a table. They truly love what they do.

Candice and Christopher planned and coordinated our wedding, and they were absolutely phenomenal! They truly went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them to any couple planning to get married.
I reached out to them about 7 months before my desired wedding date, because I was having trouble getting the wheels in motion by myself, and I was overwhelmed and panicked that I was running out of time. Prior to contacting the Luths, it was becoming clear that the venue that I originally wanted and had gotten a verbal “yes” from, was ultimately not going to be able to accommodate me. Candice and Christopher helped me accept this, and they acted swiftly (and made a whole lot of phone calls) to provide alternative venue options, even as many venues were already booked for my desired date.
We ultimately decided to do a wedding on a boat, which was so much fun! Candice and Christopher helped guide us on just about every aspect of the planning process (which was great because I really didn’t know what I was doing!), including selecting vendors for hair, makeup, photography, videography, etc. As the wedding date approached, they coordinated with all the vendors to ensure that everything was on track. We also hired the Luths to do our floral arrangements, which was fantastic not just because the flowers were beautiful, but also because we didn’t have to explain our vision to a third-party vendor; the Luths already knew just what to do.
The wedding day itself went very smoothly (thanks to all the behind-the-scenes work that the Luths did), and we received so many compliments. Candice and Christopher are also just very agreeable people that are easy to get along with. We also really liked that they are a couple themselves and can provide both a male and a female perspective on wedding-related decisions. We could not have done it without them! Hire them and you will not be disappointed!

Hiring Candice & Christopher to do our day-of coordination for our wedding was one the best choices we made! They were incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process, even though we'd only hired them for the day-of coordination. They were an excellent resource when we had random wedding questions (info about tipping, timing, references for other vendors, etc.) and they were a productive and positive addition to the team. They helped set up and take down and kept our big day seamlessly organized. Would highly recommend!

Incredible florals and THE BEST planner! We hired Candice to be our day-of coordinator as well as our florist and I am SO HAPPY we did!!! From the moment we booked with her, she was so helpful! Candice helped us with everything from floral design (providing mood board options to choose from as a first step), to choosing actual flowers that will best fit our budget, to day-of coordination...making sure everything went off flawlessly and easily so we could truly relax on our wedding day. She even went to the buffet on behalf of myself and new husband so we could relax more...how thoughtful is that?! Candice and her husband, Christopher, also designed a STUNNING floral arrangement for our ceremony. I had an idea of what I wanted, but not idea how to make it work. They took the little direction I gave them and made magic happen. It was my favorite decor of the entire day. Truly can't recommend Candice enough.

Working with Candice was a dream for our wedding. She was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire process of our planning. Her attention to detail and communication helped us and our families be able to enjoy the day of the wedding and take it all in not needing to worry about any details. She was also fantastic leading up to the event and was very responsive with any questions or recommendations I asked for. She helped to give advice on any specific questions but also was great about working with our decisions making it the perfect day that we imagined. As a medical student in the middle of school in Arizona, trying to plan a wedding was stressful enough, especially if the wedding was out of state. During the first consultant call with Candice, she more than eased my mind. She made me excited and had me look forward to all that was to come! Candice is flexible and was able to work with our budget. We ended up hiring her as our day of coordinator and then added on a separate contract for venue decoration and flowers. It was perfect. She even handled a last minute issue with one of our vendors. Our wedding was absolutely amazing, beyond what we had expected. Used Candice Luth Wedding & Event Design for our wedding on September 3rd. Candice was so great to work with. Showed up early to our rehearsal for a venue walk-through where she also gave my wife and myself "survival kits" (water, alcohol, candy, medicine, tissues, shavers, feminine products, etc.) - nice touch and seriously came in handy. She also ensured the vendors were good to go prior to the event. On the day of the event, Candice was AMAZING. She setup the venue exactly as we had envisioned and she was ON POINT in terms of the timeline of the event and making sure key people were where they were supposed to be. Candice is AMAZING! We were referred to Candice by a friend. My idea for florals were a bit different than your normal center pieces. I wanted long 15 foot garland/flower pieces to lay across our farmhouse style tables. Which I hadn't seen done much so I was a bit nervous on the outcome. Candice NAILED it! My husband and I couldn’t have been any happier with the amazing job that Candice Luth did as our day-of-wedding coordinator on July 5, 2014. She was extremely detailed, organized and friendly and went out of her way to make sure that our wedding day went off without a hitch. We were impressed in so many ways! A few things that impressed us the most were: her proactive approach to help us avoid any wedding day stress, text messages throughout the week to check up on me, the wedding day survival kit that she provided with many items that I didn’t think to bring, her ability to stay calm with people pulling her in many different directions all day long and the ability to do it all with a smile on her face. The best surprise was when we arrived at our hotel after the wedding to find that she had decorated our room with rose petals, champagne and a very sweet note!

Candice Luth Wedding & Events did such a phenomenal job for our 2012 company Holiday Party! This was the very first big corporate event that I was able to go to and I would have to say this holiday party set the bar pretty high for other events that I will attend. Starting from the food, music, organization, photo booth etc., everything was spectacular. And the flowers and decorations were so beautiful!
