Did you just get engaged and have no clue where to even begin the planning process? Are you stuck on picking your wedding colors or having trouble figuring out what to budget? Sit down with us for an hour or two and we can dial in on your specific wedding frustrations! This is a great way for couples to get advice at any point in the planning process. It's also an ideal opportunity to see if we'd be a good fit together as your wedding planner, designer, or florist! The cost of this service will be applied to any of our planning or floral packages, making this a low risk way to try out a wedding pro.
Venue Selection Assistance is perfect for a newly engaged couple who is looking for the perfect place to say “I do.” With hundreds of amazing venue options throughout the PNW and beyond, it can be overwhelming trying to find the best place for your event. We will be with you every step of the way to finding your dream wedding location. We will tell you what questions to ask, go on tours with you, advise you on packages, and let you know what considerations are important to make your entire event run smoothly. The cost of this service can also be applied to any of our planning packages, so it is a great way to see if having the help of a wedding planner is right for you!
Great for photographers and couples alike, our Details Styling service ensures that all those special memories are captured in a beautiful way. Couples spend so much time and money and put so much thought into the details of their wedding day. Capturing them can be challenging and time consuming without the right expertise. As a skilled stylist with a kit full of pretty little things, Candice can help create stunning and artistic photo moments on the day of the event*. She can also work with the photo team to photograph details before or after the wedding day to ensure a super seamless timeline and a stress-free day. This service is included with our planning and floral design packages at no cost, but can be a great service for photographers, or a gift or add on for those who have not booked a planner/florist.

1 hour: $150 | 2 hours: $275

We can talk over any wedding planning pain points that you're having trouble with!

  • You can't decide on wedding colors or a theme.
  • You want to gift some helpful pro advice to a loved one.
  • You don't know where to start.
  • You want to give someone a fabulous engagement gift!

This service starts at $300.
​Base price includes 3 venue tours. Additional tours can be added.

This service is $150
*Limited to weekday styling during peak wedding season.

  • You're a photographer who just hates taking the time to style flat lay shots on or before/after wedding day and want someone to have this all set up for you to shoot and go.
  • You are a couple who meticulously chose your stationery, accessories, family heirlooms, and other key wedding details and want to make sure you memorialize them.
  • You are a vendor planning a styled or editorial shoot and want assistance artfully styling the details of the day.
